Spending time at home today as i’ve been sneezing like crazy the past 2 days.

So since I have some time at home, i’ll share some photos from the birthday party of Eric Soong, the one all Blackberry addicts turn to to pimp up their BBs. I call him the BB Man..

It was an ol school party at home, i miss attending parties like these..i used to go for these a lot back in primary and highschool. To be honest, I was expecting a party with loads of booze only..but to my surprise, Eric catered for foood too! (The only kind of food that should be served at parties imho). There was an overload of Roasted pork, chicken wings and Satay that night on top of the very extensive list of booze – The ingredients one needs to have a party!

Speaking of ingredients to an awesome party at home, this one had loads of balloons too, which reminded me more of the parties I used to go to as a kid.

I LOVE BALLOONS, in case you don’t know. I especially love helium baloons because they’re so pretty and effortlessly bring happiness to a room!

One of the highlights of that night was actually to meet Alfie!

I’ve seen albums after albums of this pup and that night was the first time I actually met him. Such an adorable fella!

Mr Chief and I were playing with him most of the time that night?

Audrey & Tim arrived a lil later, caught up with aud and spent some time camwhoring with the iPad2, which can be quite a challenge!

Got them to try take a proper shot……and they turned out looking…….like a little more than friends. Hahahaha!

Anyway, it was a nice and cosy night. Eric, I’m sure got pretty knocked up that night, he was on the way there when I left with Mr Chief. LOL!

Got my iPad2 casing from him that night too, like finally! I got this Bright red smart cover casing with back protection case. It’s also avaialble at his site HausofBiB! (http://www.hausofbib.com).

I’ve been procrastinating this and got laughed at by practically everybody who sees my iPad2…for those wo didn’t know, I kept it wrapped in the plastic that it came in for more than a month. How did I charge my iPad you asked? I cut a hole just big enough for the adapter and cellotaped the ends so the plastic sticks to my iPad2 nicely. Hee. I am Chinese afterall okie?

Been having a lot of fun with the camera and the photography apps of the iPad2!

This is me being a dugong.

So not hot compared to the mermaids in Pirates of Caribbean! Anyway, the movie was really good, a lil long but good. I did not fall asleep in between so it has to mean something! (pss I actually almost fell asleep watching fast five).

Anyway, I’m seated here with Mr Chief at a Hailam restaurant in SS2, looks like another one of hidden food outlets in PJ. Food here is great! Better than Yut Kee anytime, I’m very disappointed of the food quality in Yut Kee.

I would be even happier If I could write about it here but yea, a lil discretion on my end would be good because me doing so wouldn’t really bring either party any benefit. Whatever it is, I finally got some eye drops to clear my vision.

By the way, finally caught Shrek 4! I watched it with the one with the cool dreadlocks last weekend at Tropicana City Mall. Had some Dim Sum and catching up before the movie. =) Happy day it was but I felt really bad having to leave him to go shop for ingredients for a cooking session with the nuffies.

I got my peace sign going on woohoo!

The second part of the day was spent cooking with the Nuffies! Gosh I sayang these people more and more each time every time we do something together and I really treasure that.

This is the only picture I took last night fml. Battery died out too soon and I was too busy doing the cooking and cleaning. I felt like a mum that night hahaha. Let’s hope the rest of the nuffies snapped some awesome moments and would share em with me.

That’s the tagline of this little pub I went by Monday night (to beat the Monday blues ). Got introduced to this place by Andy a week ago and wanted to pop by with some nuffies but plans failed. This week though, I was really having the urge to go sing so I dragged along the very musically talented Eugenesan along with me to explore this place. I thought he would be bringing his guitar, pedals and all to perform with me but he came empty handed haha.

vr1 is located at Damansara Intan, very near Tropicana City Mall. This little place is surprising packed on a Monday night! Gene and I were guessing the day jobs of the people performing and everyone else there.

I sang 2 songs that night. My first was pretty tragic cos I wasn’t very familiar with the song. I mean I know the song well but it’s just different singing it with a live band! I missed the bridge and paused a few times while the music was still playing hahahaha but it was still very fun! Sang “Every Breath You Take” with Andy.

I was annoying Gene to tell me things I wanted to hear after the first song haha but he did say it was Okay!:P Soon after the first song, a familiar face appeared before said Hi! I’ve been bumping into this girl at different places pretty frequently these days.

She’s a primary school mate, Michelle Yip. We’re connected in so many different ways it’s quite amusing.

Dragged her to do another number with me and we picked “You are Not Alone” by MJ. The second song was a much better experience but I still couldn’t tell how well I sang cos I couldn’t hear myself at all! Will definitely drop by the place one fine Monday night for more of this. I’ll be sure to drag along more singing buddies (where are y’all at?) along the next time around! Someone *cough* promised to play the guitar while I sing the next time we go there.
